June 2018
The month of June will be a busy one for several of our shooters. Both David A
and Ethan H will be travelling to Camp Perry to participate in the CMP/JO
National Championship. For Ethan H, this will be his last Junior Air Rifle
Tournament and to go out participating in a National Championship is a great way
to end his junior shooting career.
Ethan H was awarded a CMP Scholarship of $1000.00 for
college. Congratulations to Ethan.
It is also a month of congratulations for two of our senior shooters, Ethan H
and Patrick S. Both will be graduating from the Howard County School System and
moving off to begin college life. Both young men have been shooting with us for
a long time and will be missed by the coaches and their teammates.
Congratulations and good luck to Ethan and Patrick!!!!
I realize that this is a long report, but I have been on travel for several of
the last club meetings and fell behind in my reports. I want to congratulate all
the shooters for their coming to practice, participation in tournaments,
personal accomplishments and for just having fun shooting. This is an awesome
group of young men and women and I am very proud to be able to coach them. It is
a great privilege to be in this position.
