Dear Prospective New Member,

The primary interest of our club and most of its members are handgun disciplines. We are a multi-purpose club however, and participate in the high power rifle program and shotgun events. We encourage junior participation and have family type activities. We support the N.R.A. and its state association. We encourage our members to take an active role in supporting the second amendment.

To become a member of Stemmers Run Rifle and Pistol Club, you must maintain membership in the N.R.A.. Membership in Stemmers Run requires yearly dues of $35.00 payable at the time of joining and every January thereafter. A range badge fee of $150.00 is also due at the time of joining and every January thereafter. Upon payment of the range fee and club dues, a range badge will be issued to you through the club ( after a presentation by the membership committee covering the range rules and other items). This badge entitles you to use the range. We expect our members to obey the range rules and act in an exemplary manner reflecting on our club.

Stemmers Run R & P Club requires that you attend a minimum of four meetings each year. Our meetings are on the third Sunday of every month at 7:30 pm at the trap range at Marriottsville. Feel free to attend one of our meetings at any time. Just ask anyone there to introduce you to our treasurer Duke Frazier or to Stu Stein of the membership committee. If you are interested in joining, new members should plan on showing up at 6:30 for a one time orientation metting that explains the club and range policies. We look forward to meeting you.
