As a strong gun rights supporter who is very happy about the re-election of President Bush, I wanted to make you aware of a fundraising event I am holding with guests Governor Ehrlich and Secretary of Business and Economic Development Aris Melissaratos. The event is on Monday, December 6 at the Rising Sun Banquet Hall.
There are two levels of sponsorship for this event.  Both the Governor and the Secretary will be speaking between
7:30 - 8:30 PM at a family oriented reception.  There will be dessert and appetizers for guests.  We are asking for a $50 per person donation for this event with children being admitted free.  I'm hoping for a big turnout at this event so if you know anyone that might want to attend, please forward them this email.
Additionally, there will be a private

dinner including lobster tail and tender medallion with the Governor and the Secretary for businesses and event sponsors.  Tickets to the dinner cost $500 per guest, with additional sponsorship levels available.   This portion of the event will take place from 6-7:30 PM.
This will be a great time to celebrate President Bush's victory with the Governor and myself as well as discuss what we can look forward to in the upcoming Maryland legislative session.
If you would like more tickets for yourself or to distribute, please just give me a call at 410-676-8683. I greatly appreciate your support of this event that will benefit my re-election campaign.
I look forward to seeing you at the event and working with you during the upcoming session to protect our Second Amendment Rights!!!

New Business:

● The Christmas Holiday Party is fast approaching. Everyone is looking

forward to the single event that many of our members will finally make their annual appearance at Messick Hall.

This is it folks! This is what we've all been waiting for - the world famous Stemmer's Run Christmas Holiday Party. Stu says this year's party will be the best ever. Great food:  including a suckling pig, pit beef, burgers & dogs. Everyone is urged to start thinking about bringing their favorite covered dish or dessert to share with fellow members. And like last year there will be a wide variety of door prizes and games that will insure that no one goes away empty handed. So, mark your calendars for December 19th.

Remember this is the one event that should not be missed, so let's start thinking about contributing and helping our club out in this great endeavor!!

Call Stu at 410-486-6089 with your ideas or to volunteer to help.

5-Point Star: Happy
Birthday

Quote of the Month:

"We don't sue General Motors when a drunk driver kills someone with a car and we don't sue Ginsue when someone is stabbed to death with their knife," reasons House Majority Whip Rep. Mark Foley. The Florida Republican is urging Congress to pass a ban on frivolous lawsuits against gun makers, saying manufacturers and dealers of legal products should not live under the threat of litigation simply because their product is misused.
